Fast and reliable inspection of bore holes
The ROTOTEST-instruments were designed particularly for the fast and reliable inspection of bore holes with rotating probes. Compared to the manual inspection of bore holes more than 80% of the time can be saved while at the same time increasing the sensitivity. The instruments were especially designed for the user-friendly execution of dynamic inspections.

Areas of application
The traditional area of application for the ROTOTEST-instruments is the inspection of bore holes for rivets and fasteners on aircraft structures. Other areas of application are among others the fast and reliable detection of cracks inside bore holes on aircraft engines, centrifugal components and other safety-relevant that are subject to a lot of stress.

Special ROTODISC version for the inspection of steel sheets
The special ROTODISC version is used to check steel sheets for surface defects before these are welded into pipes and containers (to replace magnetic particle or penetrant testing). The operator pushes the rotating probe in a grid across the steel sheet using a caddy. Surface defects are displayed optically and acoustically.
